Frankly Speaking, a weekly update on the tech goings in the world with a special focus on Australia and Microsoft. Presented by Michael Kordahi and Andrew Coates from Microsoft Australia.

A bit about Michael…

Michael Kordahi is a Developer Evangelist for Microsoft Australia. He has a strong background in web development and now focuses on working with passionate early adopters of Microsoft’s emerging web technologies.

If you stare deep into his eyes for long enough, you’ll likely see the lovingly warm glow of the new Windows logo embedded deep in his pupil. He also spends his days in the land of Windows Live, WPF, ASP.NET and Windows Media Centre development.

He also blogs regularly over on delicategeniusblog.com and spends his non waking hours dreaming of taking photos and slaying the bad guys over on Xbox Live.

A bit about Andrew…

Andrew is a Civil Engineer by training, who kind of fell into IT by mistake (with the assistance of some forward-thinking and tech-savy parents). For the 7 years before he joined MS (Jan 2004), he was an independendent developer, consultant and mentor focusing on MS Visual FoxPro and SQL Server.

Now he’s a Developer Evangelist for Microsoft Australia with particular focus on communities. Andrew’s blog is at http://blogs.msdn.com/acoat
